We are approached, in great frequency, with the question –
Tell me the benefits of using a wedding planner? More specifically, the benefits of H2occasions? Well, rather than giving you canned
answers we’d like to let our real life experiences do the talking.
1. Bride is on a
tight budget – after a one hour consultation we saved her several dollars in
lodging alone. How!? Hire us and
we will share the secret!
2. Mom and her only daughter – “we just want to be able to
enjoy this last thing together.”
Here! Here! We couldn’t
agree more! Let us worry about
whether or not the cake tipped over on the piano, NOT YOU. Indeed, this is a very special time for
moms and daughters, and you truly cannot put a price on quality time together,
stress free!
3. My daughter always loved running in the fields as a
child. How can I make her “wedding
in a field” dream come true, yet keep the ceremony reverent? You see, we have insight into many
wedding venue styles – and yes, we made her dream wedding a reality!
"I was working full-time, my daughter lived across the country
but wanted to get married in Atlanta, had a huge guest list, and wanted to do a
wedding that was different from all her friends—no, she didn’t want to get
married in the beautiful chapel at our church, she wanted to get married in a
field in April."
4. How on earth do I go about choosing a photographer?! We have
a list of questions to ask your photographer. Many stem from your specific ceremony and/or reception site.
5. How do I make my out of town guests feel welcome? I know the day is said to be all about
me, but I’d like to consider my guests!

8. As a busy professional couple, we want our honeymoon
destination to be spectacular, but we cannot spare the time to plan. Can we give you some ideas and a
budget, and you do the research for us?
Why yes we can, and we will even make sure your luggage gets in the car
for the honeymoon. Not to mention
we will make sure you have the appropriate documentation with you for possible
upgrades!
9. We are in a dreadful bind! How do we tell the groom’s family what their
responsibilities will be?
Moreover, how do I know what the bride’s responsibilities are? Guess what, we know a perfectly lovely
way to communicate information. We
want this to be a time of relationship building not relationship despair.
10. How do I make sure the envelopes are addressed
properly? Have bridal party travel, but how? How many people
can we expect? And the list goes on and on. Perhaps you
aren’t even sure what questions to ask!
